Valentine one hard-wire how to request

Does anyone have a link to a good guide on how to hard-wire the Valentine One to a 4rth gen's (or any gen really) driver/passenger reading light assembly?

I had a good guide once upon a time but I lost it in a system crash.

It's not that hard at all. You drop down the lights cover to expose the wires behind the light and tag the pos/neg of the hardwire kit. Close and enjoy.

I believe that the link you're looking for with the pics was written by the moderator in the SE forum. His name is Ben. I'm not 100% sure, but that's what I kinda remember.

Thanks for the info. I was worried about the wires not being labeled properly and having to adjust for voltages, but after .005 seconds of consideration, I realized that I could just hook up a volt meter to it to check the voltages and if the load was too much for the circuit that the fuse would just blow, that's easily replacable.

I also considered that option but decided to wire mine to the cig. lighter since it only gets power when the car is on. You might want to consider that also if you don't want your V1 on all the time.
