getting new subs, need opinions
I'm getting new subs to replace my current 2 Infinity Pefect 12s. I want a trio this time, so far I've thought of these:
3 x Audiobhan ALUM 12
3 x Infinity Pefect 10.1
The only problem with the Infinity Pefect 10.1s is that I won't be running 1 ohm mono, something that I would like to do on my 1 ohm mono amp (DEI 1100d).
If I run a load..like 1.33, will I not fully maximize the potential of my amp?
What do you guys think, post some trios if you can think of any, I need them to run at 1 ohm mono.

Anything with dual 6 ohm coils will work..
Of course I'm fond of my JL W6 series, but MTX, kicker, soundstream, Rockford all make some that'll work.
how about 4-4ohm speakers? 10 or 12"
or a pair of 4ohm DVC drivers.. (think 15")

I want to steer away from..MTX..Soundstream, etc, Kicker makes some nice stuff...pricey though.
when I do this all, I was thinking of making an amp rack where my wheel well is..that type of think to clean up my install, but I am still unsure of that.
Go with kicker if you plan on using a good amp and my friend I promise you won't go wrong...

I ran a DEI 1100D at 1.33 Ohm nominal load and it was perfectly loud enough. You will get about 900W+ out of that amp in that scenario.
For DVC 6 Ohms subs to get you a 1 Ohm mono load in a trio look at the JLAudio W6 series, Oz Audio D6 series, and the Alumapro DVC's.
