HELP with making a VCD.

HELP with making a VCD.

I have Mpeg and Avi files and i want to put it in a CD for my DVD player. I also have NERO and i need help on making a VCD.

i tried using NERO but when I drap the files to the side to be put on the cd, it has no "duration time"
any help is welcome.

nero doesn't come with the mpeg creator. you need to put it as an add-on. do you have that.
secondly, are you sure your dvd player plays vcd's. mine didn't (then again mine is eclipse, so it's real **** about bootlegs) so i had to get a dvd burner, dvd blanks, and now i make true dvd's with sonic my dvd, video deluxe, and roxio. adds a menu with a table of contents so you can choose the video, etc...

add more information as to what you wanna and i can help you more.

my dvd player plays vcds.
which program do i need to get? i am hoping i can get that program for free by downloading it from some website.
