where is that write up about how to get rear speakers out ?

where is that write up about how to get rear speakers out ?

hey guys,

there is a webpage somewhere or a write up on how to get the rear speakers out of the back. can someone link me ? Ive got to do a clean uninstall on these, without trashing the car.

Weight Reduction

I have no idea where the write for it is, but I can give you the basics behind doin it. You will have to remove the back seat and then the panels in the corners (just pull on them and they will come off). Once those are off you can remove the top peice that covers the speakers then you are golden. Hope that helps.

sounds good, i have taken all those parts our before, so once thats out the carpet part should come out ? looks like it could be glued ? do you know about that ? i was thinking that we have to take them out from the top, right ? remove the bose speaker grill covers ?

That carpet deck on top of the speakers has two clips, one on each side that holds it in.

wow..weight reduction..i doubt they weigh a lot but if it makes the chariot go faster then rip it out! I wanna see that awesome car go faster!
