fiberglass question

fiberglass question

hey i was wondering if there are any tutorials on how to make fiberglass.. i want to make a wall for my subbox from fiberglass and plexiglass i got a wooden wall which looks like $hit(home made) so i was thinking about re-making the front because it's not a part of the box just glued on so like i asked before any tutorials??????.... thanx

I havent seen any tutorials, but with some practice its not impossible but its messy and you probably wont be happy if you try something hard right off the bat, but I know someone who can do it for you at a real reasonable price if your interested.

naa i like to try myself thats y i build enclosures myself thats whats fun about it ...... maybe i'll just re-do my frunt from wood again but nicer i don't know or maybe try fiberglass i don't need it think anyways maybe 2 layers at most.... thanx for answering....

www.fiberglast.com has a huge forum for almost everything to do with composites. If you are still trying to master getting wood to look nice you may want to hold off on stepping up to fiberglass.

yeah i know heh well i was using very thin wood hard to work with it i might re do it with thicker wood with which it's easier to work... but thanx for re-plys
