i want to change my front speakers but i just cant get the handle trim off. I saw the link that showed me the places of the 3 clips holding it. When i attempt to get it off, i get one clip on the side. There doesnt seem to be clips on the top and bottom. Yet it still wont pop out. Any one know any tricks or tips to get that sucker out?

 

u just have to be persistent, that thing is a PITA to take off for some reason....just be real careful tho, u do not want to snap the thing..

pretty much, it feels like ur taking that handle to its physical threshold, cuz it feels like it's about to snap off, and at the last second, it pops out. that's how it happened for me at least

btw, use a screwdriver wrapped in a towel, if u aren't alreayd
