Need help fast, can't find hole through firewall

I need to finish this install up by tonight, and I can't find the hole through the firewall to run the power for my HU. I tested it by hooking it up to the factory 12v line and everything works great except it dims whenever you turn it up, so I guess Alpine wasn't lying when they said it needs its own run. Anyway, I've been feeling all over the place up behind the pedals and I can't find the hole. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I need the car tonight and have to get this done soon. Thanks guys/

Is your car stick or auto? If auto you can just go through the clutch plate location, drilling of course. Otherwise to the right of the gas pedal is some space. You can also run to the high current wires under your dash.

Thanks for the help guys. I ended up running it through the hole where the hood release cable goes. I pulled off the inner fender and found that there, so I forced it through.
