i asked this q a lil while ago. i have my ps2 velcro taped to the bottom of the dash on the passangers side. basicly i stuck the tape on the top of the ps2 and StUCK THE OTHER TAPE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DASH. Installation looks very clean and it isnt visible from the outside. I stuck the power inverter in the glove compartment since it has a switch on it and leaving it on would drain the battery. check my site for pics.

This is just a suggestion but... How about in the glove box??? It would be a custom job but might look tight? that Velcro sounds intresting but how about building a metal brace to hold it? Like a shelf made of thin metal? that is screwed to the bottom of the Dash... Just some suggestions i havent done it but Im getting a DVD player and Im putting that in the compartment between the two front seats (under the arm rest)... Or I might put that in the Glove box?? I havent decided yet...

glove box is too small, i tryed, and even custom making the glove box i think it would still be too small and would be something permenant.i used velcro tape since it was very sturdy and i could take it off when ever i want to bring it in the house. i think i want to make a metal brace for it because the other day i ran over a big pot hole and half of it un hooked. i didnt like that. a metral brace would be alot more sturdy. sorry i still dont have a camera to take pics but ill post asap.

Like I said on another post, I plan to mount my XBOX on the back of the fold down rear center seat....fold it down when you need it, ford it up to put it away.

It seems the most obvious combination (to me) between relatively accessable but not intrusive or just thrown under a seat.
