91 Bose Problems (kinda long)

Hi-
Sorry If you get posts like this all the time, I'm having trouble navigating through the FAQ, as alot of the links no longer work, and I can't search.
I'm pretty new to Maxima's, and I'm wanting to fix the popping, cracking, and generally weird noises coming from my speakers. I got some 6 1/2"s, cuz thats the size Circuit City told me I had. When I got the door panels off I find a housing with a little 4"(?) speaker. After some research I've found that its probably these little mini amps that are bad.
I can make a custom plate/housing to hold the 6 1/2 speakers, thats not a problem.
I have a pioneer head unit that was in the car when I got it, so I'm not sure how it was wired.
My question is can I bypass the amps? Will 2 of these wires on the harness (going to the amp) work as a negative and positive to hook directly to the speakers from the head unit? I have a black(ground), orange, yellow and purple. Which ones do I use if this will work?

Now, same questions about the rear 6x9s

Yeah, if you have the Bose the front speakers are 4" and the rear are 6x9's. The 6.5" are the size of the rear speakers for those that didn't have the Bose setup (they're actually 6.75"s but most 6.5 will fit).

I didn't have Bose on mine, but I had the cracking and just plain junk coming from my speakers. Changed them all out. I'm sure someone can help you with the Bose wiring.
