need help! PAC ROEM-NIS2 adapter + alpine 9815 HU + OEM bose speakers = no sound!!

i believe this is the same problemt that studman encountered...any idea waz up?

i don't know what could be the problem, but you can install your HU without the kit.. thants what i did, and i have an alpine cda-9811, NO kit, and stock Bose speakers.. everything sounds great..

can you elaborate how it works? how did you wire it?

other people on the org have done this.. i had a local shop install my HU without the convertor by using the preouts on my HU.. all i needed was the wire harness included with my HU and an antenna.. i eish i could tell you exactly but i did not install myself, but it can be done pretty easily..
