Those with relocated HU to lower DIN...

is it difficult to get CDs in with the shifter being right there? I'm wanting to get the Pioneer DEH-P9600MP and I was just wondering if the motorized flap would hit the shifter, and if the CDs have to be put in if the shifter is in drive.

i did but i have a manual with a short shifter so its not the same. you should be ok though.

i moved mine this past weekend...

and although i don't have a motorized face plate... mind does flip down... and i have no trouble at all getting the cd's in and out while the car is in park.

I have to cheat my cd's over my shift **** a little when it is in "D" but it's no big deal..
