For those of you who made your own (sealed) sub boxes what did you seal them with?

yeah ilquid nail is the way to go. i have a suggestion for you that i hadn't heard of till i fininshed my second box. the back pannel (opposite of the speakers) use weather striping. glue it to the back piece and screw it together. not fully cause if you pinc it too much air will seep thru. but this way you can acess the back of the speaks cause its not permanetly sealed but is still air tight

Gorilla glue. http://www.gorillaglue.com/ This stuff is ideal for enclosures. It expands to fill all gaps making the box air tight. Just be careful to wear gloves when working with it, it dyes you hands a nasty yellow/brown and needs to wear off.

Wood glue is used for the joints when you are assembling it, but the liquid nails/silicone should be used for the corners when it's done to make sure it is air tight, as well as around the terminal cup.
