where is the HOle in the firewall 4th gen

where is the HOle in the firewall 4th gen

and can it fit a 2 gauge wire?

If auto then drill where the clutch plate goes. If manual drill to the left bottom of the gas pedal. Both easily accesible and will fit a few 0Awg wires.

i still havent found it..but im sure there mustt be a gromet that alows wires to go in some where from the engin bay...ill look for it this wknd...

There really isnt one, but Ive only done about 90+ Maximas. Although some people take the long route and go through the fender somewhere. Rule of thumb, keep the distance of the wire shortest possible.

so don, where do you suggest to drill the hole?

also once its drilled what kind of grommet should i use or rather how should i seal the hole up?

ok, I removed the tire and the plastic cover, and I found two holes, one mentioned on the tread above, and a smaller one where the hood cable goes, it is a bout 2 inches wide, perfect for any cable.
on the inside of the car I had a hard time.
I removed a ABS circuity box and all the insulation covers, then I ran my 4-gauge cable as deep as it could go on the carpeting, under the plastic cover of the seat belt, and under rear seat. (professional JOB)
It is very simple, just take your time.
