I have 2 12 inch subs a Kenwood Headunit with 2 RCS preouts. Soon I will have 2 JL amps at 500 RMS x1 my speakers take 400 RMS. What will I need in terms of wiring? I'm confused cause there are so many brands and I don't know what is for what. I have a 93 Maxima GXE please tell me what I need and some good brands

 

Check out www.knukonceptz.com I get all of my wiring from there, real good prices and nice build quality. If you are gonna have two 500 watt amps you could get away with 4ga, but to be on safe side i'd run 0/1 for the hell of it.

 

you could do two 4ga wires too(one of each amp). are you looking to push each sub with a separate amp?
