Amp Question

I dont Really know too much about audio stuff, but I got 2-12inch Subwoofers that are 450 Watts, Im using a Rockford Punch 75 to bridge just one amp, what would be a good amount of watts from a amp to power two 12 450 watt subs?

are they 450 max or 450rms?

450max then i would suggest like a JBL 300.1 for a pair, 450rms something like a DEI 850d

Exactly what model subs do you have and what is the impedence (Ohms)?
Be careful when companies claim how much power they can handle. There is no federal regualtion regarding what or how these claims are made. This could literally mean they handled 450 watts before they blew and stopped working. Which in most cases is true.

i've never seen a 450RMS sub. I have a pioneer that's 150RMS 450 max so i would prob recommend the JBL 300.1 ... if that;s the case as above
