Parsing out power

I have a 2 channel amplifier that puts out 400 watts rms per channel at 2 ohms. I will be using one of the channels to hook up a subwoofer and I dont know what to do with the remaining channel.... can I power a pair of back speakers with it? How well would that work and what would the resistance be?

Thanks

200 watts rms is too much for back speakers. what exact sub are you powering it with?

shouldve gotten a more chunk sub and just bridged the amp to it. not alot you can do with just an extra channel.

perhaps you can try running it tri-mode .....
use +terminal on one channel and run both +/- wire from a speaker, do the same for the -terminal on the other channel, and bridge the two remaining terminals from both channels to get 400rms to the sub
