ma audio problem... help please

i have a 12" ma audio, i dont know what the specific model is, but its 700watts. anyway, my sub was working fine last nite, and then this morning, i turned on the stereo and all i heard was the stock bose subwoofer and nothing from my 12". it seems that i have to push the ma audio cone in a little bit to make it work again, anybody know what is wrong?

sounds like something loose in the box. check the wiring on the sub and the box.

the wiring and everything is fine.... i think its something w/ the cone... i took it out of the box and the wiring is all fine. but i have to push the cone a little bit, and then it starts to bump, but when i dont push it in, it is completely silent. it is really weird. im thinking that something in the cone isnt touching the magnet or something (if thats what happens).

im not sure if its the tinsel lead. it only makes sense to be the tinsel lead but im not 100% sure. it could be something else. but to fix that you may have to take it to a car audio shop.
