Anyone know where one could buy a refurbished Bose Headunit for my 2002 Max?

I researched and thought about this, and I do not want to invest in aftermarket equipment. And I do not want to send mine off for repair and have a hole in my dash. So, I am interested in buying a second unit.

I would possibly be interested in a defective nonrefurbished that I can send off myself (again so I wont have to wait with a hole in my dash).

Best scenario, is one that is not defective at all from a 2003 that has been removed to upgrade. But arent they all defective? Or if they aren't they will be, eventually on down the road.

Give them a call and find out what they sell them for. They are a Bose authorized repair shop, and very often sell refurbished units as well.
