hows this setup?

Ok, its time to upgrade the audio
I was thinking the Alpine SPR-176A setup for the front
http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/72

Pair of Alpine SPS-170A's in the rear
http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/1292

and I was leaning towards the Clarion DXZ745MP
http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/2038

Think I'll have any issues replacing the factory tweaters? anyone have experience w/ Clarion HUs? For the time being i'm not going to be running any amps/subs but I may amp these speakers down the road.. any input?

Thanks in advance

My experience with the Clarion HUs is that they are a little on the difficult side to navigate around. I personally would choose something by Alpine (http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/1843) or Pioneer (http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/1921) for only slightly more than the clarion

tweeters should be a problem.. they are very easy. pioner's are easy to use but if you want some bling go with the 8600 or 9600.

They are decent speakers IMO. But much better can be had.Keep in mind though that Alpine doesnt permit any online sales (aside from Crutchfield) for their products. Just food for thought on warranting the easiest component of a system to blow....

Pretty good choice. I just recently picked up an account with them. I still personally prefer some "other" things, but I wouldnt deny them credit. Also still would throw them into my wifes car...

I only have their intro line (FX Series) in my front doors and love how they sound. Tempted to upgrade to their higher end series like the NX and SL
