A/C controls relocation etc

Anyone know if the digital A/C controls are plug and play with the manual ones? If not, has anyone ever gone from manual to digital?

Also, anyone ever relocated the A/C controls to have more room in the dash, i.e. for a screen, or a fiberglass dash/console to put an ipod and stuff like that. Where did you relocate them to? I was looking at the center armrest storage thing, but it looks like its barely not big enough.

Thanks in advance

i make a whole lot more money than you, and im more worried about the relocation than the switching to digital.

also, specifically Don because I know he would be the best one to ask, but does anyone know if Eclipse makes an AUX to RCA plug for their radios, specifically the CD8053.

Thanks
Kevin

Definately too much work. Not that it cant be done, but it would be EXTREMELY extensive. One of the first things that I tried when I had my max. If I pursued it, Im sure it would have worked, but way too much work for me....

Yes the 8053 has an AUX input via a mini headphone jack. A stereo RCA input adaptor is readily available at Radioshack and if I remember correctly it was about $4-5.
