Bose and aftermarket Changer

Does anyone have an aftermarket changer hooked up to their bose head unit? I got a nice Sony changer for dirt cheap and I want to hook it up to my bose. Is there an adapter made for this or am I out of luck? Any help would be great guys!!!

ur out of luck unless the cd changer is fm modulated or CAN BE USED with an fm modulator, im sure you already know that
