OK, I just got my 1.0 Farad Strike Lightning Audio capacitor off ebay, and no instructions came with it (it's suppose to be new but for some reason the guy can't find them??)

On the top of the cap there are two terminals w/screws...One with a + sign. How do I install this? Must the cap be grounded, or grounded while just charging it? How do I attach the wires to the resistor for when I am charging it.
