Yeah the RE comps come with tweeters and crossovers...they supposedly sound really good for the money. I'd be interested to hear how they compare to the Adire Koda comps.

Just a heads up ze Germans are notorious in the home audio world for charging insane prices on speaker equipment that don't sound as good as options at 1/3 of the price. Price does not always = quality but I've never heard Rainbow in person so I can't speak from experience. And just out of spite I'll say I find it very hard to believe the Utopias sound worse than $350 Soundlines.

OZ Audio Matrix Elite Components sound great. They are also in that $300 range, but they are well worth it.
I suggest the Focal Access line and the CDT CL61a set as an awesome bang for the buck.
