Do you plan to use an external amp? Cause if you don't, then I think replacing your stockers will have only a marginal upgrade in SQ. Without your comps being powered by a seperate amp, they will most likely distort at the similar volumes to your stockers.
With that said, best bang for the buck would be crystal mobilesound csc60s or t's. You can get them for under 150 american. I'm not sure how much that is in canadian.

they wont be powered by an amp, and 150 american is almost 200 canadian so thats a little outta my price range, my two front speakers will soon be powered by a 200watt mtx amp so i guess untill i get a 4 channel amp ill wait to upgrade the rear speakers

in that price range i would recommend going with alpine type S speakers, i got my 6.5 and 6x9 a few days ago, and im very satisfied with the quality, the original price for 6.5's was 99.99CAD but i got em for 92$ flat, overall great speakers for the price
