Does this sound good?
I haven't done mobile audio in 5 or so years so I'm a little dated. My PPI A600.2 art series amp still sits in the closet waiting to be awoken again though
I'm looking to replace my stock '04 speakers with something to give me a better quality of sound. I have a non-Bose stock set up. If you know a site with better prices or can tell me of a better brand please let me know. I'll do the installs myself. Stock HU will be staying for now until I decide if I want to drop 2k$ on a dvd/nav unit.
For the rear deck:
Infinity Kappa 693.5i

For the rear door:
Infinity Kappa 63.5i

For the front door:
Rockford Fosgate FRC4206U

Look into the JL Audio XR-653CS at JLAudio.com. I have them with a Kicker ZR 240 on them and a ZR 120 on the XR-525CS, though I now have the 6.5", 5.25", and tweet up front, and the 4" and tweet int rear deck for fill. Sweet-as, good reliability, outstanding SQ, JL integrity, etc.. Just a thought

geez, toss the kappas and fosgate. go to the caraudio.com forums or sounddomain forums and look for djdilliodon. He will get you cdt's for wholesale price. i bought cdt coax for my rears and cdt ef-61's (retail for 400) up front powered by an avionixx 440.4, MAN do these things blow away my infinitys. BLOW THEM AWAY. i got the fronts for 165 and the rears for 50. DO IT. do NOT get infinitys for the sake of YOU

That's too funny!! Look at what I'm running:
Yeah, I'm old school too when it comes to car audio. That's how I started messing with cars.
My menifesto on how to properly setup a system:
50-150 watts RMS per channel for front stage (ie 50-150watts per door)
200-400watts RMS for a single sealed 10 or 12, or two tens.
No rear speakers - EVER.
That A600.2 you see in the pic is running my front coax speakers, not the sub. The sub uses a 200watt Phoenix Gold M50.
