Error message on cd player

Error message on cd player

Have an in dash 6 disk cd player and I'm am getting an error f3 message when I try to play cd. Anyone know anything about this and how to fix it? Thanks

this is not stock bose right? this could mean that the cdplayer cant read the cd maybe get a cd cleaner for the cd player
