Hey FAulty speakers

HEy i have a set of ALpine type s component speakers in the front deck and a pair of Alpine Type S coaxial speakers in the back. I was wondering when i turn the volume up my speakers start to get all staticy what is this??? I have a kendwod HD and no amps

it's called "lack of power"

Your Kenwood is not producing enough power to make the speakers sound good....hahaha
I'm just kidding around...although depending on how loud you turn them, that actually could be the problem.

Alpine speakers need a lot of power so I would highly suggest you amp them. Other than that...I can't be of too much help regarding the static...sorry.

Thats probably it...they need more power. How high are you turning your volume up before they start to distort?

um well it goes up to like 35 im at 20 or so ?

Man, I posted already in your thread just down below that you need an amp in order to get them sound the way you want

Or just wait like 3 months, let them settle in.....
