Scosche OEM Amplifier Adapter VS PAC OEM-2

Just a quick question about the difference between the 2 adapters. I thought that both of the adapters would fit into a maxima with a bose system as a plug and play but Crutchfield says that PAC OEM-2 does not fit. Any comments? All I want is to replace my BOSE HU with my Alpine equipment. By the way people are telling me also that my Alpine cd deck along with my Alpine flip out monitor will not fit either. The maxima is a double din so what the heck are they talking about. 2 full size decks should fit into the space right, and what do you guys think I should buy for the dash kit.

all you need is a harness if your changing Hus. both recievers should fit, and i dont think u need a mounting kit if you already had a bose, because the bose alone takes up 2 dins, so you should be able to fit both recievers in there

2 Da Max, thanks for the quick response, which harness do you recommend, and did you ever know anyone to use a video bypass on their flip screens, just wondering how reliable they are? Thanks again.

I recently replaced my Bose unit with a single DIN HU. For the extra DIN spot I went to a local junk yard and got a dash pocket for $5. Beats ~$17 for the Metra kit and looks great.
