Bose Sub Problem
Bose Sub Problem
I'm sure this has probably already been posted so I apologize for the repost. I tried searching for a while by browser since the search function is down, but with 1200 pages that seemed a bit crazy.
Anyway, the 8" Sub on my 2000 Bose OEM System doesn't play. I took the unit apart to inspect the amp/wiring mounted below the sub itself (hoping for a fuse) and everything looked fine. With all the head unit issues I did find in other threads, I suppose the problem could be coming from there.
Thanks for any advice.

i did not have the same problem. mine just blew in a few months. so i ripped out the whole system.
i would suggest to take your car to a custom radio shop and let them find the defect.
you may want to post this Q in the audio section. i am sure you will get more ideas there...
