Antenna Wont Go Up After New Head Unit Install

Just installed a new deck and now my antenna wont go up. (no bad jokes please) I 1st thought it maybe a loose crimp connection so I took it all back apart last nite and soldered all the wires instead of using crimps. Now I have eliminated the possibility of a bad connection. I also checked all the fuses inside the car. Are there any other fuses that are connected to the antenna circuit? I am at a loss on this, anybody got any ideas? Thanks!

Deck = Pioneer DEH-P2600

Make sure the blue wires are hooked to each other. Usually their is like 1 blue with white stripe wire on the radio harness and a blue and blue with white stripe on the car harness I usually just hook up all three. This should fix the problem

You have to get some special wire. It's been so long since I did it so I don't remember the specifics, but if you tell a audio install place what's going on they should be able to give you what you need. I think it was about $10.
