I have an Alpine CDA-9827 and I want to hook up Ipod and XM radio. I know that Alpine just came out with an adapter for the ipod:

And now XM has this XM Direct unit too:

Is it possible to have both units connected to the HU or will I need another piece so both came be connected?

 

Does anyone have that XM Direct for there car? It doesn't have to be for an Alpine radio, I'm just curious of how it's all set up.

 

alpine has come out with a unit to give you two inputs on the ai-net interface. its called the kca410c. im not sure how it works with the deck but im looking right at the catalog for alpine, i took it from work to learn about the decks im supposed to sell
