R PAC SWI-X and ROEM-NIs2 same?

R those 2 things the same, want to convert aftermarket headunit to play Bose speakers

No. The ROEM-NIs2 is the wiring harness u need to connect the OEM wiring to the new headunit's wiring
the PAC SWI-X is something that lets u control a new headunit with your OEM steering wheel controls
