What else do I need? Please Help

OK, I'm preparing to gut out the entire Bose stock system and install new components in the next few weeks. I have a good idea as to what I need but is there anything I am missing? I really don't know much about the little things (adapters, capacitors, cabling, etc.)

This is what I have so far:

Head Unit: Alpine CVA 1003

Subwoofer: (1) MTX Thunder 7500 T7512-44 12"

Speakers: (4) Infinity Kappa 62.5I 6-1/2" 225W

Amp (Sub): Rockford Fosgate P5002 2Channel

Amp (Speakers): Phoenix Gold R8.0 4Channel

Crossover: Boss BX45 2/3 Way

Dash Kit: Metra 99-7416

I'm no expert but am I good to go as far as having this stuff ready to install? Any extras I need before taking this to an installer? Thanks guys!

So you're going to buy an amp kit at the installer? You might want a distribution block for your 6.5s. Other than that everything looks to be there except the box for our sub but I assume that'll be done at install place.

Thanks for the input G3.

These are the things I need to know. If buying an amp kit would be cheaper than from the installer, than I will do that today. My Mitek magazine shows a few different amp kits: 1/0 AWG, 4 AWG (multi and also single amps), 8 AWG (single amp), and 10 AWG (single amp). Any idea which one of those suits my needs?

Regarding the box, I don't have it yet but I am buying one from a place down the street from my job at around $40.

What price am I looking at to get all of this installed?

Thanks again!
