Problem with Indiglo gauges

all of a sudden after about 8 months of use, my indiglo gauges have been acting up on me. It keeps blinking on and off and it also tends to fade. Anyone have any idea? I checked my connection to the power source (dimmer) and its fine and i know my ground is ok. What else could it be.

I had the same problem w/ my indiglo gauges, once they just went off.
What I did was disconnect the wires from the dimmer and with a knife I scraped the metallic part of the cable(where they connect. they are zinc plated for rust, so sometimes they don’t transfer electricity as well specially for 12V) and connect them again.
Mine has been working for 5 months and they still kick a$$.

Hope this helps
