Whole new system setup..suggestions..

I am thinking about getting a whole new sound system and I want it to be no more than a grand. So I'm wondering what is the best choice for subs and amps that would BUMP loud, sound good and last long?

thanks guys

depends what your price range is honestly. If your looking to spend the money 1 brama 12 will do the trick(personally id rather have 2 subs so i went with my 2 alpine type R custom boxes kenwood amp and i couldnt be happier) but dont forget the amp and box are really important 2, if u wanna take the time to build a box or buy one and then which amp to power it, there are a lot of companies out there that offer low cost alternatives but u sacrifice sound quality then theirs companies that are just drastically overpriced. so what i think it comes down to is finding audio equipment that u like how it sounds and going with that.

i say alpine cda-9833 headunit, alpine type r components up front, alpine two ways for the back, audiobahn amp mono/2 alpine type R subwoofer , custom box (build yourself) and lots of 2 gauge wiring and a set of RCA cables.

alpine cda-9833 ($350)
alpine type R speakers ($250)
alpine v12 monoblock class D ($200 give or take)
alpine type R subwoofer ($100)
All wiring ($100)

i like alpine by the way, haha
