Try Pocketmap Navigator:

http://www.pocketmap.com/navigator.html

I use it and it's pretty good. One note though, whatever Pocket PC software and GPS receiver you choose (you need both - I have the 'mouse' type), for voice commands you'll either need an FM modulator or a HU that has an Aux port on it. In either case, it precludes both listening to the radio/CD AND getting voice commands at the same time.

The speaker on the PocketPC isn't near loud enough for a moving car, let alone one with the stereo playing.

There may be an amplified speaker you can get for the PocketPC, but I'm not aware of one.

Good luck.
