I'm getting 2 infinity references 12" subs in a dual 12" bandpass box. Should I wire my subs in parallel? How much amp power do I need if it's in parallel? How much power do I need if I wire them normally?

The subs are 300w rms/1200w peak

depends on what amp you get. those are 4 ohm subs so if you run them parallel the amp will see 2 ohms. If you are gonna bridge the amp mono then make sure it is stable to that resistance or it could fry it! If you don't want to bridge and just have a strong amp then there is no need to run in parallel. Just one sub to one channel. I would most likely find an amp that is stable to 2 ohms mono and then run the subs parallel.
