Is this bad?

I am new to car audio, so please excuse me. I plan on wiring a Power Acoustik OV4-800 4 channel amp to my speakers. The front speakers are Rockford Fosgate P162S components and the rear speakers are Rockford Fosgate T162C coaxials. The amp puts out 85w RMS. The front speaker handles 60w RMS and the rear speaker handles 75w RMS. How bad is it feeding speakers with more power.

if you feed them TOO much they will jus fry up..but what you said doesn't seem like too much at all. 85 rms for all 4 speakers is kinda low actually.

does the amp push 85 rms into EACH speaker or the total power of the amp is 85 rms for all 4 channels?

Just watch your gains on the amp, and turn it down if you start to hear distorsion.
