Yea i picked up the fosgate 8002 2 channel amp this weekend and i dont know what to go with... the fosgate p3 or the alpine type S (dual 4 ohm)?
Guys please help out!!!!

1000 rms 3000 peak at 4 ohms or 500 rms by 2 @2 ohms

 

i'd say get a 15" adire audio brahma, get a ported box that's tuned in the low 30s, and bridge that amp. be amazed.

 

well heres the thing i have a ported box for 2 12's so im limited to that... so its either the fosgates or the alpine

 

what size is the box internally, and what is it tuned to? you cant just throw subs into a ported box and expect good results. pending the box size id seriously consider a brahma 15 ported with that power... should be sick.

 

^^ sell that box to get some extra money, and get a nice 15. that's what i'd do if i was in your situation. if i can make a mere 480 or so watts make my brahma move that much, imagine what a B15 can do with 1k watts.
