what is the max 6.5 speaker depth anyone can put in the front doors of the 4th gen?

 

thats a good question. I haven't gotten a chance to upgrade those speakers yet (new speaks coming in march) but at quick glance it looks like there is plenty of room for spacers. You shouldn't have a problem with anything on the market right now outside of an adire extremis

 

that extremis is pretty sweet. i was thinking of some xxx or at least kodas or mb Q's, but the Q's are $$

 

mb quart is way over priced. you can do just as good if not better for less.
