To do it right you need a 30 amp relay you need to cut the switched pin of the relay to an ignition wire andn you need to conect to constant power to the constant pin and ground the other two pins. If you want to do it wrong you can just connect an ignition wire as the remote wire but i suggest you use a fuse so you dont damage anything.

 

If you plan on adding an aftermarket radio I would do that when you're installing the amp. It will save time in the long run.
