Sounds like good deal.

I have a US Amps USA-1000 for sale. Its 1000 watts rms bridged at 4 ohms. It's class AB. I'm asking $300 for it.

Sounds like a good deal to me. I have 3 8w6's and have been really happy with them. I've had a friend that had 3 10w6's and it was rediculously loud. I'd say the 12's will sound really good as well.
