I'm wanting to get a 12' sub/amp and was wondering if anyone has experience with the new jl 12W1 sub that just came out. I already have a kenwood amp picked out that is on sale for like $70 bucks. Any opinions of these new subs?

i didnt know they made W1s i always thought it was W0,W3,W6,W7

edit, looking at JL's website, they're discontinued...

 

i thought i heard they were bringing them back. id also look for a better amp if it were me.

 

Actually, if you look closer at jl's website you'll find that they are NEW. Released in January of 2005.
