DAMMIT MAN got hu back from alpine, and rca outputs still not working

alpine sent me a new hu and the rcas arent working from the hu on either my eclipse amp or alpine amp? is their a possibility the rca wire is bad? my friend gave me some pheonix gold wire but its used. what could be the problem? did the hi low adapter mess up the amps inputs???? need help dont know what to do!

ok i took the hu to the dealer and the rca outputs workfine, i used 2 different rca wires and still nothing. before i was using the hi low adapter, could the hi low adapter fawk up the rca inputs on the amps? the guy told me to check allll of my wiring. WHAT TO DOO??

since you have this awesome dealer, take ur system in, have them fix it and dont leave until they do.

what do you guys mean mean?

ok so i sent the radio in, i got it back and it doesnt give no signal to the amps.

the dealer took the hu and hooked it up to the display and it was working. what im trying to say is that something on my system is hooked up wrong but i dont know what

come on guys help me, could the input on the amps be bad?? its a brand new hu, brand new amp, sub and components.

i remeber when i had my xplod amp with my old hu the sub controller sent out a low signal but until i blew the main fuse the amp was able to get a signal from the rca from the hu

that wouldn't prevent signals from getting to it. hmm...tried hooking a dif amp to the HU?

damn, i'm out of ideas...

dealer said rcas works fine, yet when you connect it to your amps you don't get a signal.

is the amp getting power?

yes the amp was bumping today off the bose from the hi low adapter.

the dealer hooked it up to their amp and it was playing from the hu

go drive to don, he will honestly tell you whats wrong (maybe its something in your head), and he wont charge you $70 an hour to diagnose the problem which is crap.

matter a fact the alpine amp i got never worked with the alpine hu, but it worked off the hi low, think the hi low adapter magnetized the rca inputs?
