Any fix for how easily stock Bose CD player skips?

I've got Bose in both of my 95 Maximas and it skips so easily it's rediculous. My 96 had an aftermarket 5 year old Panasonic head unit and that never skipped except if I got rearended by a semi truck or a bomb went off near my car, and my Bose systems in my two new maximas skips on roads that are perfectly smooth. I know my CDs are not in the best shape, but they NEVER EVER skipped in my panasonic. Any fix for the Bose besides replacing them with aftermarket head units?

No there are no fixes except to rip out the Bose junk, and put something else in there.
