95 Maxima BOSE replacement question

Hi everyone.

I have decided to replace my BOSE system entirely. I am working on choosing a deck, and, if you all think it is a good idea, I believe I will be purchasing these speakers:

CDT Audio CL-61A
http://www.thezeb.com/p-CDT-Audio-CL...tem-101083.htm

Are those good for our cars? Have you guys given them a try?

Also, my one other concern is that the FAQs section for 4th gen says that our speakers are all 6.5"S or 6 3/4"... and these component speakers are only 6.5"... does that mean they won't fit in the factory locations? This seems to be a big concern for me.

Uhh i wouldn't put them in my max. Your front comps are much more important then the rear. i'd say plan on spending 100-150 on the rear deck and 250-300 on the front speakers.

also don't believe the guy who says he is throwing 220rms to each speaker. he isn't.
That would be 440RMS...sure.

But those are better then BOSE....

edit: but i never used them or heard of them so get somone else's opinion.

I just installed those CDT components this past week along with the cdt 6.5" coaxial in the back from thezeb.com for 49.99 for coaxials and 149.99 for the components.. Im running them on my alpine hu now but plan to amp soon.. Go for it, so much better than stock Bose...
