no i really want my car looking nice, i mean i experienced the system and now its like i want more.. but ive spent way too much on the system. when i originally got this car i just wanted it to look nice, be light and fast as fawk. i was real happy with the bose, but i dont know i got my first little 10inch punch, my acoustic amp blew and i was mad so i just kept spending more money. i really want a nice looking car. no point of having a kick **** system in an ok looking car.

i just have a feeling someone will take my sheit sooner or later, its so easy to get into a maximas trunk, and i would be mad if someone took all my hardwork and money.

Suspension is one thing but paint and a nicely molded kit is gonna cust you way more than its worth IMO. Might as well sell your car and buy another color max, probably spend less doing that then getting your car painted. Thats one reason why I like stereos, they can always be taken into any car you want. Although I cant blame you, Ive debated painting my car many times. Im just waiting to find a hook up on it so I dont have to pay 5 grand for a paint job that actually looks good. My .02

honestly, im not going to lie but i am moore than happy with my system right now, its like i got what i finally wanted. the bass, the cleaness the attention it gets lol. i just have a bad feeling i wont have it long, thats the thing with having nice stuff over here it will all be gone soon, especially with my luck. i think you need to learn that you can run any brand of audio with another brand just fine. not one brand that i know of makes the best of everything from h/u to speakers.

I also agree with Rich, no brand in the world will completely fill the scope of ALL top notch. Part of the reason why I run 3 different brands in my car.

As far as pricing between DA and Arc...we can talk when your ready to do something again. Prices tend to fluctuate quite frequently. Especially in the Spring time when Everyone is buying.

so the best time to buy is around december when stuff are selling out quick at the end of the year? thats when i got my amp and coaxials.

i mean i know it sounds stupid but i wont enjoy my system knowing that shiet is mixed matched. shiet if i didnt get an alpine hu, i wouldve never gotten everyting alpine.
if i went pioneer, i wouldve gotten cdt components instead, with a kicker kx600.1 with a Re SE sub ported, but i dont like mixing shiet thats just me.

No it all Varies. Typically prices are higher in sprin/summer and sometimes around Christmas. Manufacturers are stupid, theyre aware that kids want stuff for their car and its on the Christmas list...meaning theyll either get that stuff or the money to buy it as presents. With that being said a bit of inflation, then put on 'sale' typically entices people to buy.

Soundstream Was great very solid product back in the day. They have declined a bit, but now even more since PowerAcoustik bought them out.

lol i told you guys how my first amp i borrowed from my freind caught on fire 2x! it was a power acoustic fire and ice 820 watts it said? i think it was pushing more like 180. neways it was see through and had a coo neon light so when the amp was on i was moving it up and down something came loose and i heard a loud pop with a orange light fly acroos the inside of the amp and i saw the coolest fireworks show of my life. so then i changed the main fuse, i was bassing, then all of a sudden my dealer comes running out of the store knocking on my trunk and i turn back and all i see is maaad smoke!! i was like wtf, i quickly poped open the trunk he grabbed it and threw it out. lol it was the funnest thing ever! neways i asked them if they could fix it and they said dont bring that junk in my store. lol neways that was my first amp. btw my friend who i borrowed it from kinda ****ed it up before i borrowed it from him and he aint tell me. so thats that. o i took the neon out of it and used it in my trunk lol
