only pic i have

microvision screen $110
Kenwood excelon head unit, cant remember the model #, plays mp3's and everything $300
Blaupunkt DVD-ME3, comes with built in tv tuner and inputs for ps2 and whatever else you want, cost about $130 shipped

Took me less then an hour to install and everyone that sees it thinks its some big custom job and then i tell them how much i paid and how long it took and they regret thier $1500+ flip outs

o and i've installed many diferent head units, mostly pioneers in my own car but nothing sounds better then this kenwood does with the set up i have, its amazing

check out http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/262488/4 for the rest of my set up

(movie shown - Ronin)

(-)Microvision 7'' LCD monitor ~$100
(-)Pioneer DVH-P5000MP ~$450
(-)Keyhole mounted rearview camera $60 via GD

Different install setups? I have a rearview camera hooked up w/ it but the my video switcher isn't installed yet.

The screen is awesome. great quality for an amazing price.

The HU is great although i wish i would opted for one w/ a 2nd video input. Listening to MP3 CDs is a blast. i can't wait to play MP3 DVDs!

he camera is also amazing. the camera itself is very sturdy, well built, and has great video.

Current
- 7" Farenheit TV [Flush Mounted] - $125
- Digitmax DVD HU - $200
Coming Soon
- Pioneer DVH-P5000MP $475
- 120* Rear Camera [GD] - $60

The quality of the screen is great, I love it especially since it's factory . I liked the Digitmax HU, but it started to fall apart on me, literally. It's ok though, cuz I only planned to have it temporarily, with visions of eventually reselling it which now I can't do, but it's ok I guess. As for the Pioneer, it's the same one Iron has and I will hopefully soon have it installed.

whatd you guys use to mount the dvd player under the seat to keep it from moving and to keep it tilted up so you can still put the dvds in, i never got a chance to mount mine yet, when i pull the seats to do leather i figured i would...i was planning on some metal strap type stuff they have at home depot, just lookin for other ideas

Thank you very much. The head unit was one of the "top of the line" back in 2002. It is one of the very few headunits that do not have any internal power.. only produces a very clean signal to the amps. I forget the model number, but i'll grab it for you when i go on my lunch break.

I am in the process of doing it now. I just bought a liliput 7inch touch screen, and a new shifeter bezel and i am starting my whole project over again. i sold my above design to a fellow org member last week, abd i will hopefully have the new screen install by the end of the month. further more, the computer should be up and running in a month as well. i will provide pics when it is all done.
