Yes. The 2005 Eclipse HUs come preequipted with steering controls already wired in. ALthough not ready for use yet. Once the final software update is complete then it will be complete plug&play. In the meantime PAC makes a module to still retain steering controls.

Wow. That is unbelievably awesome. When you say software update, what exactly do you mean? Eclipse is working on the update which will be implemented in the 2005 line? Or does the retailer have to update the software on each HU specifically when it's sold?

Tony Its from Eclipse that the update comes from. I have gotten all the details yet as it is still under development. Of course when I know more you akll will too.
