Depending on the enclosure, you may need much less than 300w each to reach the 12.5mm xmax of those subs. Post the full T/S parameters and what size/type box you are going to put them in. Then we can accurately tell you if they are a good match.

What's your total budget? The Kicker amp is good but for the $500 Circuit City price, you can get a lot better. I'd recommend getting a cheaper amp and better subs. Also, what are your goals? SPL (loud)? SQ (sound quality)? SQL (loud and good sounding)?
